Since summer 2025, HTC Mechanic has been working on an international project in Miami (United States): the mechanical maintenance of a 24-metre yacht, with regular visits to manage and maintain all of the vessel's mechanical systems.
The project is part of a phased maintenance and inspection plan, which involves travelling to the site and detailed technical planning to ensure the engines and equipment on board work correctly.
First visit: inspection and diagnosis
After the initial inspection we found a fault in the water pump that was compromising the system's operation. We carried out the technical diagnosis and defined the actions needed to repair it.
Second visit: on-site repair
We returned to Miami with all the components, tools and materials needed, shipped from Spain. This allowed us to carry out the repair efficiently on board, restoring the system and ensuring the yacht could keep operating.
Next phases of the project
The project is ongoing and includes new phases of work, with future visits planned to continue maintenance, inspection and mechanical optimisation tasks.
